- Service Cancellation:

If a project is already in progress, cancellation requests will be evaluated based on the project phase, effort invested, and resources utilized. Partial refunds may apply at our discretion. - Retainer Services:
For ongoing retainer services such as maintenance, SEO, or digital marketing, cancellation requests must be made at least 15 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
3. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:- Failure to deliver the agreed-upon services due to our inability.
- In the event of double payment or billing errors.
- If the project is canceled before its commencement.

Non-Refundable Circumstances:
Refunds will NOT be provided under the following conditions:- Change of mind after project initiation.
- Project delays due to client’s lack of communication, unavailability, or failure to provide required inputs.
- If the project scope changes or additional services are requested beyond the original agreement.

Refund requests should be made in writing to contact[at]qodemaker[dot]com within 14 days of the incident. Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days via the original payment method.
