Welcome to Qode Maker (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website, https://qodemaker.com (the “Site”), or any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our Site or services.

Qode Maker offers a range of IT services, including but not limited to

Clients must provide accurate information and timely approvals to avoid delays in project delivery. Further, all services are subject to availability and are customized based on client requirements. These services may be subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be communicated separately.
3. Use of Our Services
By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:
Attempt to gain unauthorized access, hack, or tamper with our Site, services, or any associated systems.
Use our services for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or unethical purposes.
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Qode Maker or any third party.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features or services, you may be required to create an account. By doing so, you agree to:

Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach to your account.
5. Payment Terms and Fees
General Terms
Service pricing will be communicated through formal proposals, agreements, or invoices.
Payment terms and conditions will be outlined in the respective contracts or agreements for each project.
Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
We do not store sensitive payment details like card numbers or CVVs. All payment transactions are encrypted and processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant systems managed by Stripe. For further information, users may review Stripe’s privacy and security policies.
Qode Maker offers a convenient EMI-based payment model. This option allows clients to begin their project by paying just 50% of the total cost upfront, and the remaining 50% can be paid through monthly Equated Monthly Instalments (EMIs).
Service activation begins after the successful receipt of the first EMI payment.
The balance amount will be split into affordable EMIs, scheduled over a mutually agreed duration.
This EMI plan is available for select high-value projects only, and the EMI breakdown will be clearly stated in the project agreement or invoice.
EMI payments are processed securely through RBI-compliant payment gateways and may include applicable processing charges as per the terms of the payment partner.
Failure to complete EMI payments on time may result in restricted access, delayed delivery, or suspension of services until dues are cleared.
For Indian Clients
Payments are accepted through RBI-authorized payment gateways such as Stripe.
We comply with the Reserve Bank of India’s (RBI) Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007, and guidelines for Payment Aggregators and Payment Gateways (Circular dated March 17, 2020; updated on November 17, 2020).
EMI payment options are available for eligible clients. EMI plans must be confirmed in writing before project initiation.
For International Clients
International clients can pay using Stripe.
All international payments may be subject to currency conversion rates, gateway fees, or foreign transaction charges, as applicable.
Invoices will be shared in INR or USD based on mutual agreement.
International EMI options are available on request and subject to approval. Project commencement requires successful receipt of the first EMI installment.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software on our site, is the intellectual property of Qode Maker or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is prohibited.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
The cancellation and refund policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed. Policies may vary slightly based on the user’s geographic location (India vs. International). Please refer to our detailed Cancellation & Refund Policy for full terms applicable to your region.
Service cancellations must be requested before the project starts.
Refunds will only be granted under certain conditions, such as failure to deliver services, billing errors, or project cancellation before commencement.
Refunds will not be issued for project delays caused by the client, change of mind after initiation, or if the project scope changes.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@qodemaker.com within 14 days of the incident. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 10 to 15 business days via the original payment method.
8. Confidentiality
We respect your confidentiality and are committed to protecting any sensitive information you share with us. Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our services.
We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties without your explicit consent, except:
Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or providing services to you. Provided these vendors agree to maintain the confidentiality of the information.

11. Termination

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Punjab, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mohali Jurisdiction.
